Mike Simon is the President and Co-Founder of Simon Solutions, Inc, creators of CharityTracker and Oasis Insight. Over the last 40 years, Mike has served in executive leadership roles for churches, charitable organizations and for-profit businesses. He has also served as a consultant for city transformation movements and has invested years of research into emerging trends, best practices, and innovative ways for transforming the helping and referral systems in communities. As a Community Impact Specialist, he travels across the country providing consultation to community stakeholders who are developing a strategic plan to "move the needle" on complex community challenges.

Cathy Easley
Trident United Way
Cathy Easley is Director of Integrated Community Systems of the Trident United Way of Charleston, SC. This community collaboration has been ground-breaking. What began as a small group of 35 organizations and churches working together for poverty relief has grown into a vibrant alliance of nearly 300 multi-sector partners coordinating basic needs and helping people achieve self-sufficiency. In 2016, Cathy celebrated her 25th year with the United Way.
